When exporting agricultural products from Gold Agri, the necessary documents usually include:

1. **Commercial Invoice**: Document recording information about goods, value, and payment terms.

2. **Packing List**: Details about quantity, weight, and packaging of goods.

3. **Certificate of Origin (C/O)**: Confirmation of origin of goods, usually Form E, D, or AK to enjoy preferential tariffs.

4. **Bill of Lading (B/L or Air Waybill – AWB)**: Shipping document issued by shipping line or airline.

5. **Certificate of Quality (CoQ)**: Confirmation of product quality from inspection agency or Gold Agri or Certificate of Analysis (CoA)

6. **Phytosanitary Certificate**: Issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (Plant Protection Department), ensuring that the goods are free of pathogens.

7. **Health Certificate**: If required by the importing country for food safety inspection.

8. **Sales Contract**: Agreement between seller and buyer on quantity, price, and delivery terms.

9. **Export license (if applicable)**: Some agricultural products such as rice or cashew nuts may require a license from the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
